I’m in third year structural engineering in DIT. We have an assignment at the moment which we need trussmaster for. It isn’t available on Vlab and is only available in one lab at college was wondering if you could send me the program to my email, I’d really appreciate it.

Hi Dr. Colin Caprani, what is the license for your TrussMaster software?
I would like to recode portions of the software code found in the User Manual (http://www.colincaprani.com/files/trussmaster/TrussMaster%20-%20User%20Manual.pdf) in R as that is the main language that I use. Although I have used GNU Octave/MATLAB as an undergraduate/graduate student and early on in my career as an part-time Professor.

Dear Dr Caprini,
I am currently using linpro software to solve for stiffness matrices. I find it slightly difficult to use it since it does not give the entire matrix but applies the boundary condtions then gives the matrix. I know how to work from fundamentals to solve for the deflections and reactions but it takes a lot of time to do so. I believe that using TrussMaster would make it faster for me to solve for the matrices. My lecturer believes that technology cannot solve the problems of modern day structures due to the complexity of them. Although I do agree with that I would like to test out the programs that are available. To do so could I please have the link to download TrussMaster. (jfc365.5@gmail.com)
